Shipping & Returns

Most orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground FedEx/USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email.

Cancelling or Modifying

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact hello@cebadora.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Return on Damaged or Expired Product

Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective, damaged or expired. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return. Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not allow returns once the item has shipped from our warehouse.

If you received a product from CEBADORA that is defective, damaged or expired and wish to exchange it, please follow these steps:

  1. Email your return to: hello@cebadora.com

  2. Email subject should reflect your order number (i.e Order 1450)

  3. In the email, you must include photos of the defective, damaged and or expired product so we can see what is wrong with it

  4. Please describe the reason for your return

 

Once we receive your email, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

CEBADORA will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective, damaged, or expired products.
